CAD/CAM/CAE technology, allowing us to utilize current
engineering and offer our customers a total solution (OEM & ODM)
that includes plastic injection molding, precision stamping,
die-castings, castings (including powder coatings), CNC Milling/
Tapping, CNC Turning, polishing, electroplating, color painting
and final assembly and packaging to help you minimize your time
to hit the market.
¡ù Plastic part solutions:
Aip Mould aims at developing into high technology market, The
injection machines are equipped with electric hybrid direct
pressure clamping system for improved process control. The all
electric machines also further provide close loop control of
molding parameters to enhance the stability in molding process.
-- Injection molding machines ranges from 100 tons to 3,000
tons.
-- The product¡¯s thickness can be up to 0.01¡å (0.025mm), such as
mobile cell plastic housing.

¡ù Decorations
1> Painting: The painting line is of class 10000 cleanliness,
equipped with automatic reciprocal spaying guns, capable of
processing painting of UV type, PU type, rubber paint and glossy
finish.
2>Printing: Our printing capability includes silk screening,
pad, printing, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding, high frequency
welding and product assembly. All processes are engineered to
enhance the production efficiency and product quality.

--Metal die casting:
1. Zinc and aluminum alloys
2. Single and multiple cavities
3. Hot and cold chamber processes
4. Up to 1,200 tons clamping force
5. Secondary Operations: We can offer secondary operation, CNC
machining, polishing, and high quality surface finishes and
treatments, such as painting and plating, anodizing, powder
