Mould Making Introduction |
Our facilities are fully equipped with more than 35 sets of
state-of-the-art professional equipments including high speed
CNC, EDM, Wire Cutting machines etc. Our careful production
management systems will guarantee each part to be traceable to
related technicians and machines from design to delivery. We
supply fully detailed documentation to fit customer requirements
as laid down by ISO9000.

Once Aip Mould has received the purchase order and 2D&3D
drawings from the customer, communication begins. |

Approval of mold design with agreement on all details
including: DME/HASCO, cycle time, hot runner, tool life, steels,
etc. |

Aip Mould confirms purchase order and
supplies mould process schedule to the customer. |
| 4, |
Aip Mould supplies every customer weekly with a updated mould process schedule.
( pictures can be supplied upon request. ) |
| 5, |
Aip Mould uses frequent QC steps during mold manufacturing:
electrode dimension check;critical steel certificate. |
| 6, |
Once the tool is finished, customer is supplied with sample
parts with FAIR and molding parameter data. |
| 7, |
Aip Mould adjusts out-of-spec dimensions until all criteria
are met. |
| 8, |
Tool modification according to the following procedures:
request to be sent with new index drawing and description of all changes;
quotation within 2 days to customer.
after quotation approval customer receives a new mould process schedule.

Aip Mould checks all details of the tool for 1 to 48 hours
for customer' s reference. (supplying CPK and VCD to the customer
upon request)
